What is your Guarantee & Refund Policy?*

No problem. If you decide to switch cohorts before the course begins, we'll facilitate the change and refund any price difference if applicable.

What happens if I miss a class?

All sessions are recorded and made available the same day, along with presentation PDFs. Watch the recording before the next class to avoid falling behind. However, we strongly encourage live attendance for the best learning experience and engagement.

How much time do I need between sessions?

Plan for 1-2 hours of homework weekly. These assignments are designed to implement AI directly into your work, creating immediate productivity gains that offset the time investment.

What technical requirements do I need?

None. This program is designed for non-technical professionals using consumer AI tools, not for software developers.

Do I need a paid LLM subscription?

Yes. Each cohort requires a paid subscription to a specific LLM platform (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini). You'll receive specific requirements in your onboarding materials. We require the paid version to access the latest capabilities and processing power.

Is there homework between sessions?

Yes, expect 1-2 hours of practical homework applying what you've learned to your actual work projects. The assignments are designed to deliver immediate value.

Can my company reimburse me for this course?

Yes, you'll receive a receipt upon payment that you can submit to your employer for reimbursement or use for tax deduction purposes if self-employed.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes. All participants receive a participation badge for LinkedIn. For full certification, you must have complete attendance (or watch all recordings), complete the workbook, and pass a basic knowledge assessment.
